Engaging and creative data analyst, and a Certified Human Resources Professional, currently working for the Government of Canada. Prior to this role, I accumulated over 15 years of experience teaching and conducting research in HRM at universities and world-renowned research institutions. In addition to my subject-matter expertise, I have taught both quantitative and qualitative methods at the graduate level. My research focuses on diversity and cultural sensitivity; ethnic and racial minority experiences in HRM fields; and related policies.
Now, I am dedicated to AI applications across various HR domains, leveraging my extensive expertise in HRM alongside machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and conversational AI to enhance data-driven insights, support policy development, and improve employee engagement through interactive feedback tools.
As the 2024-2025 Brand Ambassador for CRA, I am honored to represent and promote our brand both internally and externally.
